To keep prices low, our products are sourced from various suppliers around the globe, which means:
(i) delivery options may vary between items
(ii) your order may not arrive all at once - some orders may be shipped in multiple parts
(iii) order tracking services may be limited for select items, depending on our supplier's available services. If you need tracking information, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll assist you as best as we can.
Typically, delivery may take 8 - 15 working days. Peak season delivery, or delivery to remote areas may take longer.
At the price of our products, the wait is definitely worthwhile.
Your order may or may not be charged customs or import duties, depending on your delivery destination. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Because this varies from country to country, you might want to get in touch with your local customs office if you need more details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full cash refunds, returns or exchanges as our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. A return or exchange would mean you would have to ship the item to us in Melbourne, and then we ship it back to our supplier. This is a tedious and lengthy process (up to 2 months) we do not want to put our customers through. Instead, we will reimburse you with a discount code or gift card (no more than 70% in value of your purchased item).
Reimbursements will be issued if:
(i) the wrong item was shipped
(ii) you received a faulty product (such as a tear; does not include loose thread or rough zipper)
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request your reimbursement.
